3.1. Orders can be placed on the Website, by phone, or by writing to the email address.

3.2. All products listed on the Website are available unless otherwise specified.

3.3. The order is considered confirmed after the Buyer has received an order confirmation from SIA ROLYPRINT.

3.4. SIA ROLYPRINT reserves the right to cancel an order if the product is no longer available or if the indicated price was incorrect.

4.1. All prices on the Website are in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.

4.2. Payment can be made in the following ways:

• Bank transfer (for legal entities)
• Cash (when receiving the goods or upon delivery)
• Online payments (coming soon)

4.3. The order will be processed after payment is received.

5.1. Delivery is carried out throughout Latvia.

5.2. Delivery costs:

• Riga – from €5.00
• Rest of Latvia – from €7.00
• Free delivery for orders over €100

5.3. Standard delivery time is 1-3 business days.

5.4. The goods can also be picked up free of charge at our office.

6.1. In accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Latvia, the Buyer has the right within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods to withdraw from the order without penalty.

6.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Personalised goods (with printing or embroidery)
• Goods made to the Buyer's individual order
• Non-returnable goods for reasons of hygiene

6.3. The returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.

7.1. All goods are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

7.2. If the goods are damaged or do not match the order, please contact us within 3 (three) days of receiving the goods.

8.1. SIA ROLYPRINT processes Buyers' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
